We are launching our new inspiring andmore concept and are seeking a Store Manager who can elevate service quality, inspire the team, and strengthen the brand’s presence.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, increasing team productivity and service speed.
- Enhance team engagement and performance by resolving daily operational challenges and fostering a unified team culture.
- Maintain high service standards, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and increasing repeat visits.
- Increase sales volume through analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Prevent stock shortages and losses through effective inventory and warehouse management.
- Ensure cleanliness of the premises and uninterrupted equipment operation, minimizing customer complaints and operational risks.
- Maintain transparent communication with the Head Office by presenting operational results and improvement proposals.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of managerial experience (in the restaurant or service industry).
- Strong team management and employee motivation skills.
- Leadership ability and capacity to make independent decisions.
- High-level communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Russian and English (mandatory).
- Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills.
- Stress resilience, proactivity, and ability to respond quickly to emerging issues.
