Store Manager

We are launching our new inspiring andmore concept and are seeking a Store Manager who can elevate service quality, inspire the team, and strengthen the brand’s presence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, increasing team productivity and service speed.
• Enhance team engagement and performance by resolving daily operational challenges and fostering a unified team culture.
• Maintain high service standards, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and increasing repeat visits.
• Increase sales volume through analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Prevent stock shortages and losses through effective inventory and warehouse management.
• Ensure cleanliness of the premises and uninterrupted equipment operation, minimizing customer complaints and operational risks.
• Maintain transparent communication with the Head Office by presenting operational results and improvement proposals.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of managerial experience (in the restaurant or service industry).
• Strong team management and employee motivation skills.
• Leadership ability and capacity to make independent decisions.
• High-level communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Russian and English (mandatory).
• Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills.
• Stress resilience, proactivity, and ability to respond quickly to emerging issues.
